A: Lashademics offers a monthly or annual subscription model. Once you sign up, you’ll gain instant access to all courses, videos, templates, and resources based on your membership tier. Your subscription will automatically renew each billing cycle unless canceled.
Can I cancel my membership anytime?
A: Yes! You can cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Once canceled, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period—no further charges will be made.
What’s included in my membership?
A: Your membership includes full access to our online learning library, downloadable resources, updated tutorials, and exclusive industry tips. Depending on your plan, you may also receive live coaching sessions, certifications, and VIP access to upcoming content.
Do you offer refunds?
A: Due to the digital nature of our content, all purchases are non-refundable. We encourage you to explore our course previews and membership details before committing to ensure it's the right fit for your education.
Is there a free trial or preview available?

Do I need any experience to get started?
A: Not at all! Lashademics is designed for all levels—from beginners just entering the industry to seasoned lash artists looking to sharpen their skills or grow their business. You’ll find step-by-step guidance every step of the way.
Are the videos live or pre-recorded?
A: Most of our content is pre-recorded so you can watch at your own pace. We also host live Q&A sessions and coaching calls, which are recorded and uploaded for replay access if you miss them.
Can I access content anytime or is it scheduled?
A: You have 24/7 on-demand access to all content included in your membership tier. No rigid schedules—learn on your own time, at your own pace.
Can I buy just one video instead of subscribing?
A: Lashademics is currently structured as a subscription-based platform to provide the best value and full access to our evolving education library. We do not offer single video purchases at this time.

Do you host live Q&A or coaching calls?
A: Yes! We regularly host live Q&A sessions and coaching calls with industry experts to support your growth. These sessions dive deeper into techniques, trends, and business strategies—and offer direct access to mentorship.
Will the live sessions be recorded if I miss them?
A: Absolutely. All live sessions are recorded and added to the member library, so you can catch up anytime that works for you—no stress, no FOMO.
Can I interact with other members?
A: Yes! Lashademics includes a private member community where you can connect with fellow artists, ask questions, share wins, and learn together. It's a supportive space designed to help you grow through collaboration, encouragement, and shared experiences.
How do I ask questions or get feedback from coaches?
A: You can submit your questions through our member dashboard or during live coaching calls. Depending on your membership tier, you may also have access to private feedback forms, topic requests, or 1:1 coaching opportunities.

How do I log in to my account?

What should I do if I forget my password?
